BioWriting my dreams helps me remember them vividly, even weeks & months later. It gives me a much better insight into where the images & themes might come from. Reading them is almost like listening to someone else's dream, it changes the perspective. Even as I'm writing, just thinking about all the details & how to describe them gives me a chance to make connections that weren't so apparent before.
